How It Came Together
Verona needed both a public-facing website and the underlying product logic to actually make matches work. I led development on the website build, then designed the matchmaking logic — using LLM-based reasoning to power how the platform surfaced and ranked potential matches, rather than relying on simple rule-based filtering.
Once two people matched, they needed a way to actually talk — so I implemented chat enablement using the Sendbird Calls SDK, giving the platform real-time messaging and calling between matched users. The engagement spanned the full stack: front-end delivery, AI-driven product logic, and the communication layer tying it together.
